What are your hours?Our normal hours are- Sunday 2:00pm - 8:00pm Monday-Saturday 9:00am - 8:00pm We offer private parties on Sunday from 9:00am - 2:00pm

Are shoes allowed at Giggle Town?No, as soon as you enter, you will be asked to take your shoes off and keep/put on your socks. (We sell socks for purchase if needed) We want to provide a clean and safe place for kids to play. Shoes are yucky and we do not want germs to travel from our shoes to our play equipment.

Do your offer birthday parties?Yes! We offer public parties throughout the week and private parties on Sunday mornings! We have a party room for you to decorate and host your party!

What is inside Giggle Town?When you walk into Giggle Town, you will see all kinds of play area for toddlers, kids, and babies. You will see 7 different play areas, you will see STEM, a big ball pit with a play ground, and soft play for babies and toddlers! Come check it out! You’ll fall in love with Giggle Town!

Does Giggle Town have a place for moms to nurse?Yes!! We have a separate space for moms who are nursing. It’s one of our favorite areas!

Does Giggle Town offer gift cards?Yes, gift cards will be available to purchase at Giggle Town. They are perfect for gifting!

Does Giggle Town have memberships?Yes, if you click on the membership tab, you will find monthly memberships.

Does Giggle Town have a coffee bar?Yes! We offer a simple but perfect coffee bar for free to our membership holders. Non members can also buy coffee at a reasonable price!

Does Giggle Town offer snacks and drinks for kids?We have a variety of drinks and snacks for kids for purchase. These will have to stay near the coffee table or inside the party room if there is not a party going on.

Can I bring my own food?We do not allow outside drinks or snacks. However, if you are hosting a party, we do allow outside food inside our party room for the party of course! Food has to stay inside our party room or by the coffee bar table.

How often is the equipment cleaned?Our number one priority is to keep the kids safe and healthy. We clean and sanitize our toys/equipment daily to ensure it is ready for kids to come and play without having to worry about germs spreading!

Can I drop my child off and leave?No - all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
